Damages or Problems with Your Order
All orders are carefully packaged and sent out in protective packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the instance your products are damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please email me at carla@carlaellis.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
If there is issues with the quality of your order, please email me at carla@carlaellis.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel and I will be happy to assist.
Change of Mind
Each of my prints are made to order via my production partners and therefore I do not offer change of mind refunds or replacements. Please double check the size before purchasing as I am unable to change the size of your order once it is in production.
If for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email me at carla@carlaellis.com and I will assist as best I can.
Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must email me at carla@carlaellis.com within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and photos showing any damage.
I will notify you as soon as your refund or replacement has been processed, and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
