Shipping Times

Every print is ‘made to order’ and typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please email me at carla@carlaellis.com

Packaging & Delivery

Each print is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure. Smaller prints will be sent flat. Larger prints (above A4) will be packed in a tube.All orders include tracking.

If you purchase multiple items from my shop, some items may be sent separately. I will send you tracking numbers for all items (if applicable).

Shipping speeds are estimates.

Each print is ‘made to order’ so your order may take 1-4 business days to be dispatched.

My Production Partners

Orders are printed and shipped by my production partners in different locations around the world. This allows for more affordable shipping costs for international customers and shorter delivery times and avoids tariffs for those living in the USA.
